Availability
Seating is limited, register early to avoid last minute registration fee. Seats are offered on a first come first served basis. Please arrive early, check your travel route & accommodations beforehand. There will be opportunities to mingle with fellow participants & class instructors. Coffee, water & restroom breaks will be available throughout the day. Course materials, lunch & parking are provided for with every paid registration. Our current registration fees
Early bird registration fee: $275.00 using PayPal or credit/debit card.
Last minute registration fee: $300.00 after midnight CST 8 days prior to any class.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the unlikely event that ARWA has canceled the training class. Once registered you can transfer to a later class plus pay a transfer fee of $25.00.
Cancellation Policy
ARWA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of a training class at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the training. In the event a training class is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a full refund. ARWA shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
Applicable Law/Severability
These "Terms and Conditions" shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of origin without respect to any conflict of law’s provisions. If any portion of these "Terms and Conditions" is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. The content of this site and of these "Terms and Conditions" is subject to change without prior notice.
